The Great Barrier Reef
Being the world's largest coral reef it may not come to you as a surprise that The Great Barrier Reef is Australia's main touristic attraction. It stretches over 340.000 square kilometers (211 266 square miles) and is composed of over 2,900 individual reefs.
Koala Beach Resort is only a block away from the pier where most of The Great Barrier Reef tours depart. Book your tours with us and get great discounts!

Daintree Rainforest
The Daintree is the largest tropical rainforest on the Australian continent and its ecosystem is one of the most complex on Earth. Combining tropical rainforest, white sandy beaches and fringing reefs just offshore, the Daintree is a paradise for nature-lovers.
Due to the distance between attractions, we recommend booking a tour or driving, as it is the simplest way to navigate through the rainforest.
